The Pleasantest Thing holds all sorts of activities for kids that are simple and easy to do, not to mention fun, from a mom.

Carolyn is a former lawyer that now stays at home with her two boys. I absolutely love Carolyn’s story behind the naming of her blog. Read her about me page to see what poem resonated with her and where The Pleasantest Thing was born. The poem is absolutely perfect!

As the kid blogger of the week, we want to show Meet Penny some love and get to know her a little bit better.

Tabitha is the great mind behind Meet Penny. ‘Penny’ came about when she started a frugal living blog back in 2010 and she called herself, along with all her family members after money pieces, so clever!

Meet Penny is now a home about frugal living and homeschooling as well as Autism, cooking, entertaining, blogging, and more.

Tabitha also has a lot of printables and ebooks, from oven-free dinner ideas to a disciplining guide to Mommy Anger Management, that she shares on her site.
